Around July 10, 2026 A.M. I was at home when suddenly an argument from my neighbors at Apt 317 began. You could hear them clearly. The first thing I remember being said is by the young woman yelling “You did this on purpose! – You did this on purpose!” – the young male yelled back “You better not call the law, it’s my dog!” repeatedly.
Two weeks ago I heard a dog yelping in pain at night from that neighbors apt. I heard the couple argue again, but this time it was not as clear. I could not tell what was being said. After that day, the argument stopped. I have not heard them fighting in two weeks. However, the dog yelping in pain has increased. The duration it’s in pain, to the amount of times it happens in one day. I recorded a few of the nights it happened. The most disturbing recording was 1 minute non-stop of it in pain and it ended with it sounds like punches and strangulation of the animal. Almost every night that male neighbor is home, I hear the dog in pain.
Last night, July 29th was the most frequent times it was in pain. It started around 11PM Wednesday – a dog yelping. Then again at 2:08AM. Then lastly at 7:15AM. At which it ended with him saying out loud “God I need help”.
In between those three times I think I heard it yelping in pain and I woke up, but a neighbor (third party) recently started to play their tv as loud as possible when the dog is in pain. I speculate to drown out the sound because they are close to the culprit. However, their tv noise hides the dog’s pain, making you unable to capture evidence.
It’s happened so much now, that I am traumatized. When I am not even at home now, if i hear anything hi-pitched like a tire squealing or another dog, I immediately start to think an animal is being tortured.
Whoever ends up with this man as their father or spouse, has my pity.
